Several years ago, I started making natural hair, face, and body care products and I’m finally ready to share them! I have spent the last 10 years experimenting with my hair to crack the code with my self-made care products.

I started growing out my natural hair right as the “natural hair movement” started to gain traction. I was trying just about every trendy homemade treatment that ever touched the internet. While several of them did almost nothing for me, some of them actually worked. For just about every concoction, I did hours of research on its ingredients. I am a bottom-up thinker and I like to know why things work. As I came across more information about the ingredients I was using, I realized something that should have been obvious… All of the ingredients have uses and benefits for the whole body!

This led me to experiment with even more products. Over the past few years, I began filling my free time to researching cosmetic science. All of the concepts I understood, I tested and would consistently work to improve the formulas I really liked. The products I was making started giving me results that were indistinguishable from the store-bought ones I had been using!

Then my curiosity took hold and I began to dive into traditional natural practices from around the world, leading me to many key ingredients that are now staples in my formulas. Exploring the science behind botanical agents has helped me to create products that are almost 100% natural and fortified with natural compounds. Unfortunately, some 'unnatural' components are necessary, like preservatives to prevent spoilage, but I am trying my best to get as close as I can.

I started using my products when I did hair for others and they started requesting to buy it, so I started selling it! That alone is what is pushing me to keep adjusting and expanding. With that said, I present Botanical Breeze, my line of natural personal care products. I would love to hear your feedback and suggestions as I continue to improve and grow!
