Service Description
This service does not include a washing. To receive washing services in addition to retwisting or styling, please add it on as a separate service (Wash & Style). Retwisting includes part correction, root tightening (finger twisting, palm rolling or crochet/needle interlocking), and a clip & blow-dry set. *By default, I will use products from my business. If you would like to use your preferred products, please provide them.
Cancellation Policy
For all non-emergency cancellations, please contact me at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time to receive a refund for your deposit. Deposits will not be refunded for non-emergency cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
